Tara Williams Music

With over thirty years' teaching experience in both classroom and private studio, Tara offers students of all ages the opportunity to catch the music vibe - to share her love of music and to develop their own musical skills through fun, affordable and quality tuition.

Students are offered regular performance opportunities throughout the year.

​Lessons take place at Tara's studio located in the Seabreeze Estate, Pottsville.

Commission for Children and Young People
 

Piano Lessons

• Piano lessons are one-to-one and may be 30 minutes or 60 minutes in duration

• Online lessons available

• All ages and levels are welcome from beginner to advanced

• Lessons are tailored to suit each student's individual requirements

• Each lesson incorporates technique, aural skills, sight reading and theory,
  as well as an exploration of different musical styles

• Preparation for AMEB and HSC exams

Singing Lessons

• Singing lessons are currently one-to-one only and may be 30 minutes or 60 minutes in duration

• Online lessons available

• Suitable for students from age ten onwards 

• All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced/professional

• Lessons are tailored to suit each student's individual requirements

• Each lesson incorporates technique, aural skills, sight singing and theory as well
  as an exploration of different musical styles or focus on a particular style if required

• Preparation for AMEB and HSC exams

• Coaching for professional auditions and competitions

Music Theory Lessons

• AMEB Musicianship and Music Theory courses

• Coaching for HSC Music courses

Lesson Prices

• All students are invited to attend an initial thirty-minute lesson at no charge before committing to enrolment

• Tara Williams Music accepts Creative Kids vouchers

One-to-one lessons (Piano and Singing lessons):

• Thirty-minute lessons: $350 for ten weekly lessons (payable upfront) or $185 for five weekly lessons

• Sixty-minute lessons: $650 for ten weekly lessons (payable upfront) or $350 for five weekly lessons

• Casual lesson prices (payable as you go): Thirty-minute lesson: $50; Sixty-minute lesson: $90 

• Payment options: cash, cheque, direct deposit, Creative Kids vouchers
